Description
Born 1st September 1931 in Pirongia. Her father was Thomas Tamaki, a labourer who lived at Mataiwhetu in Pirongia. He was from the Waikato hapu and was a full blood Maori. Her Mother was Isabelle Pira Tamaki from the apakura hapu and was also a full blood Maori. The birth certificate was issued on the 30th December 1949. Called a Certified Copy of Entry in the Register of the Birth of Maoris at Te Awamutu.
