Opening of Hall. Plaque on back wall says the hall was opened by Clifton Frank Jacobs, the mayor of Te Awamutu, on Sunday 8th April 1956. The plaque is also in the museum collection. Clifton Jacobs sits in the middle front row. Names are on the back of the photograph. Inaugural committee from 1948 at the opening of the hall
