Description
Oil painting of Victor John Hall in an oval frame with convex glass. The frame has flowers in relief at the top, bottom and sides with some petals painted red and blue. The rest of the frame has a wood grain sponged effect and there is gilding on various parts and a blue band near the inside. The painting shows Victor Hall in a football uniform. Newspaper clipping regarding Victor Hall's drowning in the Mangapiko Stream was taped to the back and has been retained.
